GAZA STRIP, PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES - FEBRUARY 4: A Palestinian walks next to the remains of a smuggling tunnel in Rafah after it was destroyed the previous night by an Israeli air strike, February 4, 2009, Gaza Strip, Palestinian Territories. Israeli forces are launching regular missile strikes against the tunnels in response to further rocket and mortar attacks against southern Israel. Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert, said there would be a "disproportionate" response if the rocket and mortar fire continues from Gaza. At least 1300 Palestinians were reportedly killed along with 13 Israelis in the 22-day offensive launched on December 27 by the Israeli army inside the Gaza Strip.
